Moist and MOCHI MOCHI Vegan Madeleine
It's moist and fluffy, even in the wintertime.
Rice flour cake has an image as "hardens when cooled".
After many small changes in the amount of the high-quality rice flour, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we finally realized the juicy Madeleine which keeps its softness even at the winter temperatures.
The madeleine is baked in a gas oven to seal the moisture deep inside of the cake.
You can also enjoy the " springy and moist" texture peculiar to rice flour.
Besides that, we use organic cocoa powder over normal powder due to being rich in nutrients and being healthy.
With its sweet aroma of cacao, it goes well with tea, as well Matcha.
